– Basic electrical, plumbing, and HVAC knowledge
– Lead-based paint containment trained
– Ability to install and flash roof vents
– Ability to paint small projects (interior and exterior)
– Ability to do material take-offs from plans
– Ability to plan ahead for materials ordering

– HS diploma or GED
– 2 years’ experience minimum
– Residential construction knowledge
– Understand written & verbal instruction
– Able to climb a ladder up to 30 feet
– Able to lift and carry 80 lbs.
– Valid Driver’s License and Reliable transportation
