A New Approach
Gone are the days of not knowing what your finished remodel will look like before starting construction. We pride ourselves on being a full-service remodeling company.
design + build
Your new space starts with great design
And great design starts with understanding. There is almost always significant work left to finalize a design. That’s why we have a pre-construction design process. These preconstruction processes will be handled with what is called a Professional Services Agreement or PSA. The PSA can take anywhere from 10 to 100 hours, depending on the size and complexity of the job. It will answer all questions for you and us. It’s will be like a rehearsal to doing the project. A rehearsal where we finalize all design selections, work through the budget and confirm that we can provide what you want at your price. We will do a deep dive into your vision and make sure that we “get it.”
Our promise to you. Once we’re all on the same page, we will begin the project. After having a completed PSA, we will be able to work quickly and confidently, completing your project with minimal disruption to your lifestyle. Our promise is consistent communication, professionalism, and high-quality craftsmanship throughout the entire process. No requests falling on deaf ears, no sailors swearing up a storm, and no corners cut. We pride ourselves in remodeling the right way the first time.
Design Service Questions
It depends on the size and complexity of the project. They can run from $500 for a small Powder Room or a shower replacement to $6,500 for a large Major Interior Remodel, or more.
No. The charge for the PSA is separate from the construction process, and does not obligate you to enter into a Construction Agreement with us. When we are finished with the design phase, you will own the results of the design work covered by the PSA.
The process of making selections can be a lot of work: Do you want granite or quartz countertops? Do you want mosaic or subway tile? What faucets do you want? What metal finishes? How will all of this look together?
In fact picking materials, fixtures, and finishes can be a full-time job in and of itself! But have no fear – we’ve made it easy for you with our Prêt-à-Porter design packages.
