And great design starts with understanding. There is almost always significant work left to finalize a design. That’s why we have a pre-construction design process. These preconstruction processes will be handled with what is called a Professional Services Agreement or PSA. The PSA can take anywhere from 10 to 100 hours, depending on the size and complexity of the job. It will answer all questions for you and us. It’s will be like a rehearsal to doing the project. A rehearsal where we finalize all design selections, work through the budget and confirm that we can provide what you want at your price. We will do a deep dive into your vision and make sure that we “get it.”
